[cisco-voip] Call Forward No Answer Issue

I have an issue with Call Forward No Answer but this only occurs when
dialling out from one carrier Cable and Wireless. When the Forward No
Answer External setting has been set with an external number and CSS on
a phone and I dial from a phone through this particular carrier to
another phone with the forward settings after the No Answer Ring
Duration has passed the phone stops ringing on the called phone, the
calling phone carries on ringing and after about five seconds the
forwarded party rings but when answered they receive on way voice but
the calling party just carries on hearing ring tone. This only happens
for No Answer setting, not for Forward All or Busy. If I change to dial
out for another carrier it works fine.

 

We are using 4.1(3)sr3c with 2821 gateways IOS version
c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-3

 

Has anyone come across anything like this before?
