I sent a note out about a company that has replacement hookswitch components. Our results so far have been positive.

  We just got a shipment of replacement hook switches from a company in Texas (yee-haw). We're going to be testing them ASAP in a number of failed phones. I'll do my best to keep the list up to speed on their effectiveness, but they were pretty cheap so it's not a high cost experiment.
