That's odd - you only get the word "Sorry" and then immediately the
greting? That almost sounds like your greeting is recorded in the Call
handelr name readback since the only time I know that Unity says "Sorry"
and then fills in a wave file is when it says "Sorry, [Owner's recorded
name] is not available or does not answer." No chance those greetings
are in the wrong slot is there?

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity Call Handlers
OK--
I have setup a bunch of Call handlers:
CH1
/ \
CH2 CH3
/ \
CH4 CH5
I have a RP to send calls straight to the CH1
I record a greeting on both CH1 and CH2 and I get "Sorry" plus my
greeting. how do I get rid of the "Sorry" ? what I'm I doing wrong.
I normally do this stuff with IPCCx but I'm trying to get this one
over to CHs as I what my techs to manage it.
Thanks
Scott
