[cisco-voip] Solutions for the Hearing Impaired

We are looking for information regarding the TTY functions.  Our call
center needs the ability to communicate with users of TTY machines that
may need to call in for our services.

hearing impaired or Deaf?

we have 7970 with a 1/8 jack to hearing aid cord and that has worked
well for our Hard of hearing persons.  but as for Deaf I remember a
TTY app but have no experience with that.
