[cisco-voip] Unity Call Handlers

Not sure if this would be worth trying, but when I set up a CH I just add a
Hunt pilot of the number and point it at the unity hunt list - and then add
a call routing rule to explicitly route the direct call using that called
number to the greeting for the call handler.

I'm just wondering if its getting strange because your coming in as a
forwarded call rather than a direct call.
