[cisco-voip] Billing code configuration for CCME

Hi All,
One of our client need billing code configuration for IDD call for
their Equitrac (www.equitrac.com) phone billing system. This is only
for IDD calls and user need to enter their Client and Matter number
before dial IDD calls. For example
CLIENT NUMBER+MATTERNUMBER+ IDD PREFIX+ COUNTRY CODE+TELEPHONE NUMBER
09999+99999+010+1+212999999999

Has anyone every done this kind of thing with CME?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
