[cisco-voip] SMDI CM 5.1 - USB only?

NEC Neaxmail AD64 and the only option is apparently analog (at least
according to the NEC vendor), I went back to them about SIP last week
and I've not heard anything back.. They've contracted NEC to handle
the VM peice so I've really got no control and of course the system
has a "dual switch" integration with thier Centrex and soon to be CM.
>From a hardware perspective I don't have much flexibilty with this
since the customer has allready purchased the vg224 for the analog VM
port and I'm stuck making it work. I'm a bit concerned about how this
is all going to work since the NEC vendor is simply going to split the
SMDI (serial splitter) between Centrex and CM so if that will even
work I'm stuck using all the settings currently configured for Centrex
and praying I can tweak CMI enough to make it work. Any feedback is
welcome.
