Subject: [cisco-voip] MGCP and Fractional PRI (busy b_channel) ?

Cisco doesn't support fractional PRI with MGCP, so I recall a workaround
is busy out the B-channels, right? The end-user will never get H323
dial-peers as they have no IOS experience, so I need it to be MGCP.

In this case I have a fax devices with only channels 0-7 .
