Depending on what stage of the transfer you're in you either need to
scroll back to the call that is to be transferred or if in consult
transfer you need to scroll to the destination party and finish the
transfer...

Subject: [cisco-voip] CCM 5-1 Attendant Console

The receptionist has a 7960 with six lines in a AC Pilot Point (Circular
hunt, Busy Trigger =1). Shewants to deal with Line 1 before having to
answering Line 2 as a receptionist. However, the softkeys change to
show Answer for Line2 and she is forced to Answer Line2 then go back to
completing the Transfer for Line1 using the phone.

Good news if she uses the Attendant Console she has no problems, but she
wants to use the phone instead of the AC software.
