[cisco-voip] MWI issues in CCM 5.1.1 3000-5

Does anyone know of any odd MWI issues in CCM 5.1.1 ?

Have a client where we got most of the MWI issues resolved, but every
now and then someones light does not come on or go off. They can leave
themselves a new VM and go check it and delete it and sometimes the
light will go off, but sometimes this does not get it to go off and
they need to dial the MWI off extension.

They are using Time Of Day routing and Extension Mobility. The time of
day partition and extensions are CTI ports which fwd calls to VM, and
this partition is not in the Calling Search Space for the 3 voice mail
ports used for Dial out MWI. We have Unity set to only dial out MWI on
these 3 ports with proper search space that calls extensions on hard
IP Phones or extension mobility partition.

Since it happens sporadically, and we don't have good idea when MWI
was a problem for someone, it is kind of hard to get traces from time
of the problem. But MWI works fine for the extensions whenever we try
to duplicate the problem. It goes on and off as expected.
