Hi All,
I am having a physical layer problem in integrating the Avaya G3 Si V8 with
Cisco Router 2811. The problem when i connect the PBX through the E1
connection with the router the E1 interface is down without any alarm, what
i can see is Line Code Voilations and Path Code Violations on the router and
from the PBX side the interface is sync but is not in IDLE mode or you can
say it will not accept any calls. I have hard loped both PBX and router in
the middle from which they are connecting hardloping makes the E1 interface
UP and also make PBX able to attend calls, but when i join them problem
arises. The router has two port E1 G.703 card. Is there any one who can help
me out in this regard.
