[cisco-voip] AC - failure to make new call

All,
Today this error message started showing up on the AC screen "failure to
make new call" They say it happens when the receptionist doesn't pick-up the
call and it goes to the AA. They have to click "ok" before they can use AC
to field more calls. How do I get this to stop happening?
