First, go to the PUT and get a Sales Order # and a UG code for the upgrade.

Build your CCM 5.1 box.

Open a TAC licensing case and tell them what you did and they will ask
for a phone count... and they will send you a license...

I did this for a customer that I could not run DMA on (their previous
CCM3.2 box was nearly dead)...
