[cisco-voip] FW: High Traffic Error

As mentioned this means your CM is in Code Yellow.  Basically CM  
detects that it isn't able to process signals quickly enough and it  
starts throttling new calls in an attempt to catch up.  If it stays  
in CY long enough it will crash itself as a last resort.

Gather CCM, SDL traces as far back as you can and open a TAC SR.
