[cisco-voip] Monitoring of "HLog" Softkey.

i dont know about CM 4.2, but on CM6 there is a checkbox on the
phone's device page called 'logged into hunt group".  If this box is
checked, the phone is logged into all line groups.  If this box is
unchecked, the phone is logged out of all line groups.
