[cisco-voip] FXO disconnect problem

hi to all

configure CCM 4.1 with FXO port. one of the extension is acting as PLAR for incoming calls. now what  happens if I'm unable to pick an incoming call and the caller gets disconneted before i go off-hook, the phone continues to ring and i have make it off-hook and on-hook again to stop ringing.

Already tried cpTone, timeout supervisory diconnet.
