nope, don't believe so.
mwi request from CMI uses CSS configured in CMI service parameter
mwi request from QSIG uses CSS configuredin CM service parameter
mwi request from sccp endpoint (unity, vg248) uses CSS of port to reach 
mwi on/off number.  then uses the CSS of the mwi on/off number to reach 
then endpoint.
I'm not sure how many of these are affected by 'multi tenant mwi' where 
translation patterns and assocaited CSS are applied to the call.
