[cisco-voip] 7911 phones in ccmadmin with CCM Sub IP

Resetting the phone from ccmadmin clears up the problem without having
to do anything with RIS.  However, the RIS logs do show some phones
reporting the CCM Sub IP address as their IP address/host name going
back a few days.  This may lead somewhere.

IP addresses as far as I know are handled by the RIS
service....restarting 
that might help. Not sure of the impact.
