If running the D:\CommServer\ConfigurationSetup\setup.exe / sync doesn't
help, restart the server and open a TAC SR.

I can't see the eadmin account in the SA, when I do a search in the SA
it finds it but when I click to view this subscriber the SA jumps to a
different user.

thanks

Assuming you can see your eadmin through SA you could try running this:

D:\CommServer\ConfigurationSetup and run setup.exe / sync

The Data Link Explorer Tool will show if the DirectoryID for eadmin is
indeed NULL.

You could also use the DC/GC reconnect tool to force connection
(synchronization) to another DC/GC and/or DOHProp Test for
synchronization.

I would NOT ignore this error and continue with the upgrade.

When I run DBWalker I get the following error

Alias=EAdmin

Display Name=Example Administrator - UNITY1

1575:(error) the DirectoryID for this subscriber is NULL which is
invalid.

This usually means this object has not synchronized with the directory
properly. Please contact TAC for assistance.

I'm trying to do an upgrade to 5.X, does anybody know how to fix this
error or can this be ignored and continue with the upgrade?

Thanks
