[cisco-voip] Unity 4.05 DBwalker EAdmin DirectoryID NULL

Is there a row for EAdmin in the Subscriber table in SQL? If not,
reimport the user into Unity (may need to run remove subscriber
properties tool first). Then, you'll need to clean up anything that was
using the old reference to the account, which is pretty much the same as
creating a new example admin:
