[cisco-voip] Mobility Voice Access not working

I setup MVA using h323 hairpinning and had no problems with it, in
fact, i was suprised at how easy it was.

below is my ios config.  on the cm side, i setup a h323 gw and a route pattern.


voice service voip
 allow-connections h323 to h323

application
 service CMM http://172.31.24.25:8080/ccmivr/pages/IVRMainpage.vxml

dial-peer voice 84625555 voip
 service cmm
 destination-pattern 84625555
 session target ipv4:172.31.24.25
 incoming called-number 84625555
 dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
 codec g711ulaw
 no vad
