[cisco-voip] 7912 registration issue

Syed,

Are there are other types of phones besides 7912's on the same
VLAN/subnet?  If not then the fact that only 7912's are involved is not
relevant.

Is the IP of the phone gateway you pinged from the CCM an IP from the
subnet on the phone VLAN or different?  If different then I'd say you
have a routing problem where the phone VLAN is no longer being
advertised in your routing protocol.
