[cisco-voip] SIP trunk on cme key system setup

Dear readers,

we have a CME key-system (2 outside lines on all 20 phones), running perfect
for months now. Now we would like to add a third outside line that is
connected to our SIP account at voipdiscount.com. With that sip-provider we
a coount with only a name and no E164 number.

Now i wonder how to connect a voip-dial peer to that account. Any thoughts
and hints would be warmly welcomed !
