I appreciate the suggestion, but do you have anything to back it up
with? Is there a specific reason to upgrade? Can you forward me a bug
ID?
We are migrating to 6 in the next bit, so if that will solve the
problem I'm happy.
If it's a misconfiguration problem on Exchange or the SIP trunk then
that doesn't help me.
