[cisco-voip] CCM 5.1 w/ Exchange 2007 UM

upgrading to 5.1.3 help us with our issues with exchange 2007 UM /
SIP.  No bug ID to go on.  sorry.  it's just what we seen.  5.1.3
resolved several issues.
