[cisco-voip] CCM 5.1 w/ Exchange 2007 UM

You can ignore this error.

Exchange 2007 UM periodically sends a SIP OPTIONS
request to all the UM IP Gateways (e.g. CCM SIP Trunk)
to verify that they are up and running.  CCM 5.x does
not respond to SIP OPTIONS.  Hence, you get the 405
error.
