[cisco-voip] Unity email issue

Hey Guys,

Im hoping someone can shed some light on this problem im having.
I have Unified messaging set up and so far everything is working correclty.
The one issue im having is with unity reading back email messages.
The prompts let me know I have new email messages, when I choose them it
reads who the email is from, but then it gives me the error " This email
cannot be read now, try again later" and then it goes on to the other emails
or messages. It does this for all emails. I made sure TTS is selected for
the correct COS. I have 2 TTS licenses in this system and at this time no
one else is using this feature.
This is for unity 4.2(1), with CUCM 5.1.1.3000-5 , Exchange 2003 and Unity
is installed in a W2k3 server as a member server not a DC.
I also have Citrix Voice Office Suite set up along with this system.
