If restarting of the AvTtsSvr service doesn't help you'll need to
reinstall the Realspeak engine on your server.

Hey Guys,

 

Im hoping someone can shed some light on this problem im having.

I have Unified messaging set up and so far everything is working
correclty. The one issue im having is with unity reading back email
messages.

The prompts let me know I have new email messages, when I choose them it
reads who the email is from, but then it gives me the error " This email
cannot be read now, try again later" and then it goes on to the other
emails or messages. It does this for all emails. I made sure TTS is
selected for the correct COS. I have 2 TTS licenses in this system and
at this time no one else is using this feature. 

This is for unity 4.2(1), with CUCM 5.1.1.3000-5 , Exchange 2003 and
Unity is installed in a W2k3 server as a member server not a DC.

I also have Citrix Voice Office Suite set up along with this system.
