[cisco-voip] Viewmail

Is Unity 5.0 in the mix there somewhere? Cisco Viewmail doesn't work 
without Unity and you need version 5.0 of Unity to work with Exchange 
2007. Assuming it is, check your event logs for errors right after you 
reproduce the problem. Are there any firewalls between the client PC, 
Unity, and exchange?
