[cisco-voip] Cisco Unified CME AA not working

Dear All,
I'm facing a problem in configuring a CME with the Auto Attendant. I followed the steps attached in the notepad attached with the .Tar file.
The case is as follow.
CME ver 4.(0)3
Tar files used are the ones attached in the CME files.
i got the configuration from the example. its has somthin with setting the param and a voip dial peer
I've attached the sh runn with sh flash:
The problem is as follow:
1) When i dial the AA pilot number 8000 i get nothing for 20 sec then i get the choice menu( press 1 for sales 2 for blabla...)
2) I then press "5" which was preconfigured in the param "param dial-by-extension-option 5"
3) i get the msg " please dial the ext. u want to reach"
4) I press 101 or 102 and the call is successfull.
I thought the problem was with the welcome.au file i then re downloaded it from other files and still same problem.
I even formated the router's config and the flash and then reconf it again. this time i used completely diff  IOS and diff CME files.
-one more thing: I'e attached some warning msgs i get when i apply my configuraion. Please take a look at it may be it could guide you to help me out.
