[cisco-voip] Migrating Extensions from 2 to 1

I just upgraded a customer from CCM 3.3 to 6.0...

They have two appearances of a DN on each phone, in a line1 and a
line2 partition...

This was normal because you could only have 1 call on each line
appearance back then.

So, I want to convert them to single line appearances, with max calls
4 and busy trigger of 2... (currently they are 1 and 1).

And I want to delete the second line...

The first part I can do with BAT... however, part two, deleting the
line seems like it would be impossible to do with BAT, safely...
