[cisco-voip] call manager express AA - prompt question

I have a Call manager Express solution with Auto Attendant / Qing
using a drop through option. All works fine but have a problem getting
the drop through to play my custom prompt instead of the prompt with
the cisco lady saying " all agents are currently busy assisting other
customers ........... etc.

 

I have a prompt I recorded in flash ....... en_dt_prompt.au  ... see
show flash below.    I also have the config where I specify param
drop-through-prompt en_dt_prompt.au and also tried param
drop-through-prompt _dt_prompt.au without the leading en. But cannot
get it to work. Not even sure where the system is getting the prompt
it plays because it is not in flash but must be embedded in the system


 

 

I did issue the following commands after making changes........

 

audio-promp load flash:en_dt_prompt.au

call application voice load aa

call application voice load queue

 

 

 

Any advise will be appreciated.
