[cisco-voip] CUCM 6.0.(1) critical service Don't Start after migration from CCM 4.1.3

Hi Every one,
    Cisco make me Crazy...:O)

The situation:

HP DL320 G2 certified HW.

Migrated copy of CUCM 6.0.(1).

Installed Valid migration license file obtained from http://www.cisco.com/go/license (exatly that link: https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/Licensing/PrivateRegistrationServlet?FormId=806 )

The page ask me the Publisger MAC Address and the cut & paste of the migrated license file......I've done it successfully!!

Cisco has send me the .lic file!!!

I've successfully installed  the license file on my server under System -> License -> License File Upload and I restarted the publisher.

CCM service doesn't start and RTMT said me:

Message:  : 0: Oct 03 13:59:47.716 UTC :  %CCM_CALLMANAGER-CALLMANAGER-3-NoFeatureLicense: No feature license found. Cluster ID:StandAloneCluster Node ID:ls-ccm

The license is installed, but for test reason I've changed the ip address of the publisher server. Is it a possible problem?
