[cisco-voip] Very Strange Behaviour

CCMs configured as session targets in the dial-peers on the GW have to
be in the CallManager Group which is assigned to that GW.
If the Gateway sends a call setup to another CCM (which is not in the
GWs CCM Group) the call cannot be completed! I think the GW is not
even alowed to complete the TCP session setup needed to send
subsequent H225 messages...
