[cisco-voip] Help with Paging interface

I've installed an FXO port in my router and believe I have it configured
correctly in CCM but cannot get it to open when connected to a VALCOM
V2000A.  

When dialing the route pattern for this port; it appears to sit for
several seconds then go fast busy.  It is almost like it is waiting for
something from the valcom (dial tone detect?)

I presently have the battery feed switch on the valcom set to ON. 

Any ideas?
