[cisco-voip] MeetMe

I need to setup a conference call.  We will have 5 or 6 people calling in
from outside.
So I decided maybe MeetMe was the best way.  I setup some MeetMe numbers.
One is 4099.
But when someone dials in from the outside they get "I don't recognize that
as a valid extension".
Am I misusing MeetMe??
