[cisco-voip] Access Valcom Paging from FXO port

Are you using h323 or MGCP to control the fxo port?
Do you see the green light on your FXO port flash when you dial the DN? If
you see it flash, then you probably don't have it connected to the Valcom
correctly. Please paste your router config for the voice port and
dial-peer.
