[cisco-voip] CM 6.0 unable to Cfwdall

for some reason im not able to hit the  Cfwdall button in CM 6.0.  I can
dial any pattern i want to, but when i press cfwdall its not allowing
any digits.  It give me "your call can not be completed.  Never ran into
this on previous ver.
