Hi Pat

They do get the first part of the message. I believe I found the answer from
the URL. I just updated the MGCP Gateway. Let's see if it resolves the
problem. I am conducting extensive testing now.

Does the called user receive the message with the first however many 
seconds? Or do they get nothing? If they get nothing, verify the RTP 
path through your network and confirm that MGCP is bound to the 
interface that it should be. Packet captures help here. If they do get 
the first part of the message, check out:
