[cisco-voip] MGCP dial-peer order changing

Are you doing H323 and MGCP on the same gateway, or have dial-peers
for SRST only?

If it's all MGCP, then what I usually do is put application/service
mgcpapp on all the dial-peers for analog/T1CAS ports to be on the safe
side (IOS issues, full moon, etc causing a call to hit non-MGCP peer).
For MGCP Fallback, these ports will fallback to H323 mode if the
global default application is setup properly so the ports are usable
when devices go into SRST mode.

Anyway, I had one place last week that had a power outage and when the
router came up all the dial-peers for the analog ports were missing
the port command and service mgcpapp so inbound calls got dial tone.
The router was rebooted w/same config previously multiple times
without any problems. Go figure. MGC ra P makes your day once in
awhile!
