[cisco-voip] Intl Calls with Verizon in Philadelphia area

How about setting the called party plan/type to Unknown?

>From speaking to carriers around here, when I've worked on these sort of
issues they only want to see a national number if the type is set to
national and will dump anything that doesn't match that format. But then
I've seen some carriers take 7 digit numbers as national. So it all depends
on the carrier and what they decide the dial plan policy is for the week.
I've ran into this usually on Mondays where people all of a sudden can't
call numbers they have been calling fine forever.
