The common offered delivery method by telcos is Facility IE, and
customers request H323 for Mobility Manager/CVP, etc.

feature is called cname and it is part of the ni3 specification i
believe. telco switch must be upgraded past version (x) to get it, then
just request primary-ni as switch type.
