Bill,

Did you configure the first slot in CCM? I'm pretty sure any configured
endpoint gets shut/no shut during config download.

supports 2 point to point T-1s running MLPPP.  The second VWIC supports
1 voice PRI.  The Voice Gateway is running MGCP.  With ccm-config on the
gateway, a CallManager reset of the Gateway resets the voice AND data
ports!
	 
	Further complications....I tested SRST by inserting an
access-list blocking traffic from the 2821 to the CallManagers.  When
the gateway went into fallback mode, the 2 data T1 ports went out of
