[cisco-voip] Caller ID with 800 numbers

We have a requirement to display Caller ID with COMPANY NAME and a TOLL 
FREE 800 number.  I have worked out with the call originating LEC the 
necessary items to outpulse the 800 Toll Free number.   However, when 
calls reach the terminating location the Callers receive the 800 number 
with either "unknown" or "out of area" for the Name field.  It is my 
understanding that the call terminating LEC does a lookup in their 
database to resolve these numbers to names.  How can I get all the LECS to 
update their databases appropriately to resolve that number?  I tried 
having Global Crossing add the 800 number to a Toll Free directory service 
which they claimed would fix the issue but that didn't work.    Anyone 
else know how this works or if possible? I am sure I get 800 number calls 
at home with company names.
