[cisco-voip] 4.2 > Attendant Console directory > Department

Using DCD in 4.2, under User > Global Directory > Find > Bob > I changed
him and 6 others users to Support Help Team. However,  Attendant Console
under Directory drop-down doesn't show the update I made to Bob and his
six friends.  Is there a time frame before the directory changes show up
in Attendant Console? Do I need to reset CTI ?
