[cisco-voip] CCM 5.1.2 CCM Phone Admin group users can't reset phones - could in 5.1.1

Hi,

Does anyone know if something changed between 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 in
regards to multiple user access and different admin levels?

The CCM Phone admin user group users could previously update phones
and reset them in 5.1.1 but in 5.1.2 when they try to reset a phone it
doesn't allow them to. A separate web browser window opens up and
instead of the reset screen it simply has a Not authorized to do this
error.

I triple checked the roles for the group against a 5.1.1 system and
they match up, so not seeing a difference in configuration there.
