 From a configuration standpoint the simplest way to do it for the  
7960 phones is via null string.  This means you won't have to go and  
touch each phone.  For the 7961 no config is necessary, as soon as  
the config is finished on the CM servers they will register in  
authenticated mode.

deployment for the phones would be interesting. Te set up for the
