[cisco-voip] path code violations

has anyone seen large amounts of path code violations on a Qsig PRI?  I'm
connected up to a Tadiran PBX from a VGW connected MGCP to CM 5.1.2.

we finally got the clocking working which got rid of the slip sec  but now
path code violations are sky rocketing.

PS. I have a TAC case open and we have tested the hardware and all seems to
be good.
