[cisco-voip] Sending calling ID outbound with PRI + CCME 4.0

The outbound calling setup may depend on the carrier.
I have seen AT&T put out the same # no matter how I config the router.
And I have seen some CLEC's setup to accept anything..
The memory of sending 666 comes to mind.
Later,
Jim

In all of my experience, it does this automatically.
I have to control it with translations, so you don't receive a call on
your phone from the unity pilot number of say 6000. Or when a user
calls outbound, it's not 2101, but some real DID the company owns.
If you do a debug isdn q931 and place the call, you will see exactly
what CME is send out the PRI.
