[cisco-voip] ipcc express feature question

Hello,

Had our helpdesk manager ask me about a feature that I know isn't on IPCC
Express directly, wondering if anyone has seen such a thing from a 3rd
party. He wants his agents to be able to hit a button on their 7960's to go
ready/not ready with a certain reason code, while still using the CAD
application from their PC. Anyone seen such a thing? Seems like it could be
possible with a service button but I wouldnt even know where to start.
